Chef Marc McDaniel earned his degree from the esteemed Culinary School at San Francisco City College. His imaginative cuisine, featured at the famed Woodside Cafe, the top Silicon Valley hot spot earned him many kudos. Mark is the Executive Chef for the International Chocolate Festival and integrates his love of deep dark chocolate into many of the dishes he will be demonstrating for this event. His hobbies include combing the many Farmer’s Markets around the Bay Area and cooking for friends and family testing out his many exotic dishes. 

Marc operates Five Star Dining, a personal chef business and is also a Corporate Chef in Silicon Valley.
