Recognizing there was a clear need in Silicon Valley to have an innovation-based Chocolate Festival all their own, The International Chocolate Festival was conceived with this eclectic and intriguing marketplace in mind. The Official Chocolate Festival of the Kingdom of Frangiola was born.
ChocolateForce has identified their mission: They are dedicated to the creation of high-end specialty Fan events including Artisan Chocolate Makers, Wine and Beers, Coffees and Teas and other Artisan foods categories. They are exploring the long term for everything and anything that is chocolate and fine foods (mostly chocolate).
With a vigorous attention to detail, ChocolateForce is responsible for the creation of compelling content, attendee education and inspiration to the next generation of chocolate success stories. This Silicon Valley-based events company has established relationships with growers and chocolate craftspeople from across the globe. This is the first year that ChocolateForce will be honoring the best and brightest with The InnovationForce Awards In Chocolate, a populist, multi-category Award voted on by the attendees of the event.

The Show Director of the International Chocolate Festival
The Show Director has admitted to having an affair.
It wasn’t an intermittent thing either. She couldn’t stop herself. Her first love, so enticing, rich, of course, and extremely seductive. She didn’t have a shot in hell of saying no, ever. Her heart belonged to chocolate.
A thirty year veteran of producing large scale trade shows and events, she most recently brought her expertise to the wonderful team at the NW Chocolate Festival. Blending together her passion and her skill, she founded ChocolateForce – an innovation-based Chocolate education and events company. The International Chocolate Festival, is destined to be the largest global conclave of artisan chocolate in all its forms.
She received her second bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Illinois Chicago and currently resides in Colorado when she is not searching the world for the next piece of chocolate.
